With the upcoming spring semi-annual dues assessment approaching, we wanted to remind everyone that dues payments should be made to our property management company, Jeffrey Charles & Associates, Inc. Spring dues invoices will go out soon and will come from Jeffrey Charles & Associates.

Don’t throw those away; they are not junk mail!
