Congratulations to our newest Board members! The votes have been tallied and our four volunteers have been approved for the following positions: Angela Layman, President; JoAnn Williamson, Vice President; Morgan Stalter, Secretary; Lori Saxty, Treasurer. Many thanks to our outgoing Board members for their dedication and hard work these past several years. The HOA Board will continue to provide oversight and supervision of all HOA officers, agents and employees of this Association. Our property manager, Jeffrey Charles has been hired to collect our semi-annual HOA assessments and to conduct annual ARC inspections. Jeffrey Charles has no responsibility/authority regarding common area issues or problems between neighbors. Any problems or concerns a homeowner has with our common areas should be brought to the attention of the Board. Issues or personal problems between neighbors (ie. loud noise) must be handled between neighbors as the Board has not statutory authority to intervene. A few items of interest the Board intends to pursue include reserved and guest parking, re-pavement of all parking lots and an update to our Declaration of Covenants to meet current VA laws.
